Our latest "project" and Oh, did it turn out AMAZING! There are quite a few "tutorials" on pinterest that show making this gate for $10. LIES! The hardware alone for this gate is $20! I don't know how they are coming up with $10. Anyway, we did not use pallet wood, we use NEW wood. Another cost, but I wanted this gate to be perfect. I love the gray tones of this stain, and I love how it matches my walls & the dining table.

Gorgeous! Thats all I have to say about this table. I love how it turned out and boy is this HEAVY!

The Bench is just as amazing. Very Solid. My kids love sitting on the bench instead of chairs, and we can fit more then just 3 people if we need.

Wall Art / Stocking / Decorative Hanger

I honestly don't know what to call this. I started out wanting it to just hang stockings because we don't have a fireplace, but now I don't want to take it down. I am leaving it up all year and will put different decorations on it, each season. My "stocking" holder turned out better then I planned, I was going to white-wash it, but the colors are gorgeous and match my gray walls, so why change it?

Bedroom Makeover

First thing we did after we moved in our new house! 

Pink & Brown turned Gray and White with wainscoting all the way around the room, with new baseboards. Transformed this room and made it feel so much bigger! I love pink but this had to go!

Dresser / Nightstand Makeover

This dresser / night stand was my grandparents. The only thing I have from them. I could not part with it. I re-did this dresser about 8 years ago. Black and Brown. I never loved it, so as soon as we started our home update, I knew the dresser needed a makeover too.
